If you or your dog isn't happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

Items must be returned in clean, resellable condition. We'll provide a prepaid return label for orders shipped within the EU and US.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
